This privacy policy provides full and transparent information about how Integraal Solutions collects and processes your personal data in these circumstances. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Integraal Solutions may process your personal data when you visit its website and when you interact with Integraal Solutions through its website (e.g. contact form, etc.). Integraal Solutions is also likely to process your personal data because it has various accounts and profiles on social networks. When you visit our website for information purposes only and do not submit any information via a form, we collect and process the following data about you:
* the IP address of your computer
* the date and time of the visit
* the name and URL of the file consulted
* your computer’s operating system and user interface
* the language and software version of the browser used
* the name of your Internet service provider.
Your browser automatically transmits the above data via cookies. They are used to improve your browsing experience by making it easier to use the services on our website. In principle, these cookies remain stored on your terminal until you delete them.

In addition to the cookies strictly necessary for the operation of this website, we use other types of cookies to implement web analysis services in order to compile statistical data (see the section entitled ‘Google Analytics’). The storage of these cookies on your device requires your consent. You can disable the use of these cookies at any time by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, or by downloading and installing a browser add-on. However, if you do not authorise the storage of certain cookies, such as those of a purely technical nature, certain functions may no longer behave correctly or may be inaccessible.
By continuing to browse our website without having made use of the options for blocking cookies, you accept the use of cookies, as well as the use of web analysis and tracking tools.

Broadcasting on social networks

Integraal Solutions has various accounts and profiles on social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, etc.). Information published via these channels is automatically transmitted to the operator of the social network concerned. Please note that this data may be collected and passed on to third parties without us having any influence over its use. This data is then processed under the responsibility of the operator concerned and in accordance with its confidentiality rules.
When you consult our account/profile on a social network or interact with us via this social network, we may receive personal data about you via this social network. This may include data that you share publicly on the social network, which forms part of your user profile, or data that you are authorised to share by virtue of your agreement (e.g. surname, first name, pseudonym, profile image, contacts and friends, profession, email address, etc.).

Contact form

You can also send us your requests using the contact form available on our website. To enable us to contact you and respond favourably to your requests, you will be asked to provide us with your personal details (surname, first name, e-mail address) and the subject of your request.
Unless you specify otherwise, we will not pass on this information to third parties. We undertake not to process it for any purpose other than that of responding to your request and to delete it as soon as this purpose has been fulfilled, unless we have a legitimate interest in processing it in another way or the law requires us to do so.

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’, which are stored on your computer, to help us analyse how you use our website and improve its performance.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website (including your IP address, which is truncated) is generally transmitted to Google Ireland Limited and stored on servers in the United States. If IP anonymisation has been activated on our website, Google Ireland Limited will first shorten your IP address. In exceptional cases, your full IP address may be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and subsequently shortened there. Google Ireland Limited will use this information on behalf of the website operator for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data.

Your consent forms the legal basis for this data processing. You may refuse the use of cookies by Google by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, and revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. However, this may prevent you from using certain features of our website. The browser plug-in required to deactivate Google Analytics can be downloaded and installed by clicking on the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=fr.

ReCAPTCHA

We also use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), hereinafter referred to as ‘Google’. This tool checks whether the data entered on our website (e.g. in a contact form) comes from a human or an automatic programme/bot. It enables us to improve the security of our website and prevent spam (unsolicited information sent by e-mail).
The reCAPTCHA service collects the personal data of visitors to our website to check that they are really people and not robots or spam software. To this end, reCAPTCHA obtains certain information such as IP address, URL, date and language settings and mouse and keyboard behaviour. The IP address is almost always shortened before the data is transferred to a Google server in the United States. Unless you are logged in with your Google account when using reCAPTCHA, your IP address will not be combined with other data held by Google. For further information on how Google may use this data, please consult Google’s privacy policy by clicking on the following link: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=fr.

The use of reCAPTCHA is based on our legitimate interest and our legal obligation to contribute to the security of our website and to fight against spam and abuse. By using reCAPTCHA, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google. If you do not want your data to be transmitted to Google, you must log out of Google completely and delete all Google cookies before visiting our website. In general, data is transmitted directly to Google as soon as you visit our website, in which case you will need to contact the Google support service to delete this data again by clicking on the following link: https://support.google.com/?hl=de&tid=331599549805.

Social plug-ins

We use various so-called social network plug-ins (LinkedIn and Facebook), which are indicated by the corresponding symbols on our website. By default, they are deactivated and do not transmit any data. If you activate them by clicking on them, your browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of the operator of the social network concerned. We draw your attention to the fact that the latter may record your presence on our website and your location and use this information for its own purposes. Your personal data will then be processed under its own responsibility and in accordance with its data protection provisions.
If you do not want the data collected on our website to be linked to your personal profile by the operator of the social network concerned, you must first disconnect from the social network before visiting our website. You can also download and install additional modules offered by your browser to prevent the installation of social plug-ins.

Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure adequate security of your personal data and to prevent any breach of security that could lead to the accidental or unlawful loss, modification, deletion, disclosure or unauthorised access of your personal data. Our security measures are regularly updated in line with technological developments.

Data retention period

We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out above, i.e. to meet our contractual and legal obligations or where we have a legitimate interest. In principle, your personal data is deleted or destroyed as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected.

Rights of data subjects

Under data protection legislation, you have the right to request information about the personal data we process about you and to obtain a copy of it. You may also request rectification or, where the request is legitimate, erasure of such data; limitation of the purposes for which it is processed; opposition to its processing; and portability of your data.
If you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you may also withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details given under the heading ‘Data controller and site operator’ above. In order to verify your identity, we reserve the right to request additional information before processing your request, in particular by presenting proof of identity.
Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, i.e. the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
